Terms of Service. These Terms govern your use of Find Ritual and Ritual Bar (operated by HOLY LTD CO), including our websites, apps, appointment booking, and our text-message program. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Find Ritual and Ritual Bar are run by HOLY LTD CO. Ritual Bar is a business name of HOLY LTD CO. HOLY LTD CO, 10941 S Porcini Dr, South Jordan, UT 84009, United States. Email hello@findritual.com. Phone +1 (801) 405-2025.

Who can use Find Ritual

  • You must be 18 or older to use the Find Ritual app, make an account, post, or buy.
  • The Find Ritual app is for people in the United States. We ship only to addresses in the United States.

Your account

  • You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone or your email. There is no password.
  • Keep your phone, your email and your codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Give us true details, and use only your own phone number and email.
  • Find Ritual and Ritual Bar share one account. If you delete it in one place, it is deleted in both.
  • You can delete your account at any time. In the Find Ritual app, go to You, then Delete account. Or email hello@findritual.com. How deletion works is in our Privacy Policy.

Skin guidance is not medical advice

Find Ritual helps you choose a skincare routine from what you tell us and from products we sell. It is guidance, not a diagnosis. Nothing in the app or on the website treats a medical condition. If your skin is painful, bleeding, spreading, changing quickly, or not getting better, see a doctor or a dermatologist. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or using a prescription for your skin, check with your doctor before you start a new product. Stop using any product that hurts or irritates your skin.

Buying products

  • Prices. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Prices can change. If we make a pricing mistake, we will tell you and you can cancel.
  • Payment. Shopify takes payment. We never see your card number.
  • Tax. Sales tax is added where the law requires it.
  • Shipping. See our Shipping Policy.
  • All sales are final. We do not take returns or exchanges of products. If an order arrives damaged, wrong or missing something, or is lost on the way, email hello@findritual.com with your order number within 30 days of the day it shipped. We file a claim with the carrier and pass on what the carrier pays. The full rules are in our Refund Policy.
  • Stock. Sometimes an item sells out after you order. If that happens, we refund that item.

Repeat delivery

You can choose to have products sent again on a schedule, every eight weeks by default. Each delivery is charged to your card when it is placed, and we email you three days before. You can change the timing, skip, pause or cancel at any time from your account at findritual.com/account, with no fee.

The PASS

The PASS is our membership. It costs $6 a month or $60 a year. It renews automatically until you cancel. Members get 20% off Ritual Bar services, 10% off products, and priority booking at Ritual Bar. Nothing digital is locked behind the PASS: Learn the Practice and The Find are free to everyone. You can cancel at any time from your account at findritual.com/account, or by email to hello@findritual.com. Your member prices last until the end of the month or year you paid for. We do not refund part of a month or year.

Appointments and payment

Appointments and payment. Appointments are by reservation. A deposit is taken at booking and goes toward what you pay at the Bar; the balance is due at the Bar. You can move your time up to 48 hours before it, to any time within 3 months of booking. The 3 months run from the day you first booked. Your deposit moves with you. There are no cancellations, and deposits are not refunded. If the Bar has to change your time, we move you to a time that suits you, or return your deposit in full, your choice.

Text messages

Find Ritual sends no texts of its own, other than the one-time sign-in codes you ask for. The only other texts are the Ritual Bar booking texts below.

Text messages. Ritual Bar booking texts are sent by HOLY LTD CO, doing business as Ritual Bar, from (801) 405-2025, only if you tick the unchecked box "Text me about my Ritual Bar booking" when you book on ritual.bar, on findritual.com, or in the Ritual Bar app. You do not have to agree to texts to book or buy anything. We send booking replies, deposit links, confirmations, reminders and changes to your visit. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies, usually 2 to 5 texts per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help, or email hello@ritual.bar. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The full program terms are at ritual.bar/terms. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Motion, reviews and our posting rules

Motion is the part of the Find Ritual app where people share short photos and videos of their routine. Reviews are what customers write about products and visits. Together we call these "posts". Before your first Motion post, the app shows these rules and asks you to agree. You cannot post without agreeing.

The rules in the app

Motion is for rituals of care. Keep it to that:

  • No nudity or sexual content.
  • No hate, harassment or bullying.
  • No medical claims or promises about results.
  • No one else in your post unless they said yes.
  • No ads, links or selling.

We review every post before it shows to anyone else. We remove posts that break these rules, and we may block accounts that do. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive people.

What you may post

  • Your own routine, your own face, your own voice and your own words.
  • Honest views about products you used or visits you had.
  • Other people only if they are 18 or older and said yes to being in it.

What you may not post

  • Nudity or sexual content.
  • Hate, threats, bullying or harassment.
  • Violence, or anything dangerous.
  • Medical claims, such as saying a product cures or treats a condition, or promises about results.
  • Anyone under 18, or anyone who did not agree to be shown.
  • Someone else's photos, videos, music or words without permission.
  • Links, prices, logos, advertising or selling, or posts you were paid for.
  • Private details, such as phone numbers or addresses.
  • Anything false or illegal.

How we keep it safe

  • We read every post first. A person on our team reviews every post before anyone else can see it.
  • Report. Tap the More button (the three dots) on any post, then Report this post. It is hidden for you straight away. You can also email hello@findritual.com.
  • Block. Tap the More button, then Block this person. You will not see their posts again, and we are told.
  • Within 24 hours. We review every report within 24 hours, and we remove a post that breaks these rules within that time.
  • Zero tolerance. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. An account that breaks these rules loses the ability to post, and we may close it.
  • We decide. We may remove any post at any time. We do not hide a review because it is negative.

Your posts

You own what you post. When you post, you give us permission, free of charge, to show it in the Find Ritual app and on findritual.com, next to the products it names, for as long as the post is up. We may resize or crop it to fit. We will ask you before we use your post anywhere else, such as in advertising. You can delete your post at any time: tap the More button on it, then Delete this post. It is removed from the app and from our servers. You are responsible for what you post, and you promise that you have the right to post it and that everyone in it agreed.

The app

  • Your licence. We give you a personal right to use the Find Ritual app on devices you own or control. You may not sell, rent, copy or change it, or try to get its source code.
  • Between you and us. This agreement is between you and HOLY LTD CO, not Apple or Google. We, not Apple or Google, are responsible for the app, its content, its support, and any claims about it.
  • As it is. We work to keep the app and the website working and accurate, but we provide them as they are and do not promise they are never unavailable or free of mistakes.
  • Legal checks. You confirm that you are not in a country under a United States trade ban, and not on a United States government list of banned people.
  • Apple. Apple and its companies may enforce this licence against you.

What you must not do

  • Break the law, or help someone else break it.
  • Break into, overload, scrape or copy the website or the app.
  • Use someone else's account, phone number or email, or pretend to be someone else.
  • Buy products to resell them without our permission.

The name Find Ritual, our logos, words, photos, videos and software belong to HOLY LTD CO or to people who let us use them. Do not copy them without our permission. If you break these terms, we may close your account. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you that cannot be taken away.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. If you have a problem, please email us first. Most problems are solved that way.
