Orders leave us within two business days. We ship within the United States.

How long it takes depends on where the product is made, and the product page says which. Our house line is made in the EU and usually arrives in 5 to 10 business days. Curated Korean skincare ships from Korea and usually arrives in 10 to 20 business days.

Standard shipping is $9.95, and free on orders of $50 or more. Tracking is emailed when your order ships, and it lives in your account. If tracking has not moved in five business days, write to us and we will chase the carrier with you.

All sales are final. If an order arrives damaged, arrives wrong, is missing something, or never arrives, email hello@findritual.com with your order number within 30 days of the ship date. We file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and pass on whatever the carrier pays. How that works is in our Refund Policy.
