Map your skin. Three questions, and you'll see the steps your skin is ready for. If you'd rather start simple: Cleanse, Hydrate, Protect — the foundation everything else builds on.

Replenishment on a schedule, so the ritual doesn't stop when the bottle does. Deliveries arrive every eight weeks by default. Adjust the timing, skip, or pause any time. Auto-Ritual orders are 10% off, or 15% with the PASS.

A membership for people who return. $6 a month or $60 a year: 20% member rate at the Ritual Bar, 10% on products, 15% on Auto-Ritual deliveries, and priority booking.

How long it takes depends on where the product is made, and the product page says which. Our house line, made in the EU, usually arrives in 5 to 10 business days. Curated Korean skincare usually arrives in 10 to 20 business days.

Standard shipping is $9.95, and free on orders of $50 or more. Full details, including timing, are in our shipping policy.

Products are final sale. If something arrives damaged, wrong, or never arrives, write to us with your order number within 30 days of shipping and we take it up with the carrier. The details are in our returns and refunds page.

Our house line is formulated and filled in the EU. Curated Korean skincare is made in Korea. Every product page lists the full ingredients.
