The Read
Magnesium sulfate and sea salt, scented with lavender, with dried lavender and cornflower petals through the salt. 500g, about five baths.
Magnesium sulfate is the salt in an Epsom soak. Dissolved in warm water with lavender, it makes a calm, fragrant bath to wind down in.
Run a warm bath, not hot. Stir in two or three handfuls and let the salt dissolve, then soak for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse and moisturize after.
