An oil layer over a water layer. Shaken together, the oil dissolves pigment and sunscreen and the water carries it away — fragrance-free, dermatologically tested, gentle enough for the eyes.
Stubborn mascara and long-wear make-up come away by dissolving, not by scrubbing — so the skin around the eye is spared the friction. A pre-cleanse, not a cleanse: follow with your wash.
